Hands-down, this is the most knowledgeable door company out there. I own a restaurant and have to lease the space I'm in. We have large metal commercial doors that see a lot of use daily! Things can break, sometimes by careless employees or customers. We have called and used multiple door companies in the past, but only All Purpose Door Repair has been able to help us and explain our issues to us. I've noticed they are also the quickest to respond and resolve issues. If they can come up with a cost-effective work-around, they will. The last tech, Ethan, who visited our store during an emergency with our doors, was not only thorough, knowledgeable and able to fix our door, but he was also professional and friendly--sometimes a rare combination! Even one of their owners, Lisa, has taken the time to call me personally to explain my door situation and has recommended maintenance things we could do to prolong the life of the doors and minimize future issues. Lisa, the owner, worked closely with us to install larger-than-usual gates on our property with five commercial tenants (six jobs total). The lead time for the gates was out of their control, but once the gates arrived, they were able to install them in a timely matter and communication was fantastic. Best door company around, John is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help/assist you in anything you need. They can help with door repair or supply you with the parts you need if you want to install them yourself. John has answered calls for me on the weekends, after hours and even taken calls during meetings to help assist me. These guys are the best around call them with any needs and they will get it done.
